Gina Giampietro- Pastry Chef
Gina Giampietro started baking at a young age with her grandfather. Waking up in the morning to the smell of his freshly baked cinnamon rolls lit a spark in her. She loved the joy that food brought to people. It was then that her passion for pastries started to grow and she knew that this is what she wanted to do.
After high school, Gina moved to Hyde Park, NY to attend The Culinary Institute of America and earned a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Management. At the CIA, she gained knowledge and technique in all areas of pastries. Since culinary school, she has worked in a variety of bakeries focusing on breads, pastries, plated desserts, cakes and confections.
