Gina Giampietro- Owner/Pastry Chef
When Gina was young, her grandfather introduced her to baking. The aroma of his freshly made cinnamon rolls when she woke up in the morning ignited her interest. Seeing how happy food made people brought Gina great pleasure, and from there, her love for pastries began to blossom.
After earning a bachelor's degree from The Culinary Institute of America, Gina has gained extensive experience working in various bakeries throughout New York and Ohio. Additionally, she has also served as the head pastry chef of a country club.
